Mr. Winter is responsible for leading AST’s strategic direction, inspiration and growth. He is an accomplished global consulting executive with more than 25 years of regional and global experience, focused on selling and delivering results in solutions, software and professional services across technologies and industries.
Before joining AST, he spent 15 years at Hitachi Consulting, 6 years at Oracle, and several years at IBM and other Houston-based consulting companies.
Mr. Winter holds a BS in Geographic Information Systems from Texas State University.
Mr. Zechariah is responsible for AST’s financial performance and service delivery. Prior to joining AST, Mr. Zechariah was a senior member of Oracle’s Applications Consulting practice in the North Central region and a Senior Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services.
He brings over 25 years of industry experience in operations, project management, and ERP implementations in the service, government, manufacturing, and insurance sectors. He has served in various capacities throughout his career, including account and practice management, service delivery leadership, application solution architect, and as a functional implementer. He continues to play a key role in customer relationships and service delivery for AST.
Mr. Zechariah holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bombay (VJTI), India.
Mr. Black is responsible for all accounting, treasury, and finance functions at AST. He has extensive experience in professional services and management, including more than a dozen years in C-Level positions.
Mr. Black is a highly-successful business executive and change agent. Prior to joining AST, Mr. Black served as Chief Financial Officer at DHR International, Inc. Mr. Black is an active mentor with professional development programs at Northwestern University and is the Board Secretary and Membership Committee Chair of the Northwestern Gridiron Network, the official booster organization for Northwestern University’s Big Ten and NCAA Division 1 football program.
Mr. Black holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University/J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Evanston, IL and a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University in Towson, MD.
Mr. Patel leads AST’s commercial business and is responsible for executing the strategy to meet the company’s short-term and long-term revenue goals. He helps identify strategic partnerships and revenue streams, and aligns them with all stakeholders within the company.
Prior to Serene Corporation’s acquisition by AST in September 2015, Mr. Patel was the CEO of Serene. He has also worked with large global firms like Deloitte and Fujitsu in consulting and management roles, and brings extensive experience with the High-Tech, Financial Services, Telecom, Media, and Bio-Tech industries.
Mr. Patel has a Bachelor degree in Engineering from Pune University in Pune, India, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Mumbai’s NM Institute of Management Studies.
Mr. Saini is responsible for managing AST’s service delivery efficiencies, margins, and back-office operations. He has been instrumental in establishing an effective off-shore model that complements AST’s corporate culture, while facilitating service excellence. Mr. Saini was previously the CFO of Serene Corporation and worked as a Senior Consultant at IGATE.
Mr. Saini has more than 17 years of experience in managing operations and leading expansion of services business. He has significant consulting experience, with particular industry emphasis on Media, Telecommunications, and Hi-Tech.
Mr. Saini has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, India.
