AST has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Chicago Tribune. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“The Top Workplaces award is about much more than recognition and celebration,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “Our research also shows that these organizations achieve higher referral rates, lower employee turnover, and double the employee engagement levels. It just goes to show that being intentional about culture delivers bottom-line results.”
“Employees at AST have worked hard to get us where we are today. Their passion shows in the exemplary work they perform on a daily basis. Their dedication is acknowledged and appreciated by our clients as well as the leadership team,” said Justin Winter, CEO of AST. “It’s no coincidence that we have now been awarded best Top Company for our fourth year. We have an amazing team.” AST Corporation is a Platinum level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork.

Ganesh Chaturthi is a Hindu festival celebrating Ganesha as the god of new
beginnings and the remover of obstacles, as well as the god of wisdom and
intelligence, and is observed throughout India. Ganesha is a symbol of formless divinity. The festival is marked with the installation
of Ganesha clay idols privately in homes, or publicly on elaborate pandals
(temporary stages). Observations include chanting of Vedic hymns and Hindu
texts, and brata (fasting). Traditionally,
the 10-day festival ends when the idol is carried in a public procession, then
immersed in a nearby body of water.

attire, festive decorations throughout the office, and a grand feast!
