Improve your data, communications, and customer experience with Oracle CDM!

Effective data management is critical to your organization’s success. This is especially true when it comes to maintaining customer data. In today’s digital and global business world, customer data management is not just the responsibility of the Sales and Marketing departments, but many organizations still operate as if this were the case. Is yours one of them?

Nearly every department within an organization is responsible for effective marketing of their brand, with the lines between sales, customer support, product development, and marketing growing blurry. With this commingling of data and processes between functional areas, everyone must work together to contribute data that provides a 360˚ view of the customer.

The challenge for many organizations is not collecting customer data, but figuring out how to maintain and manage that data for effective business operations. In this respect, IT departments are getting more pressure from business units to consolidate and provide better data.

Enter Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) Cloud.

Oracle CDM Cloud works seamlessly with any CRM system – Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, NetSuite – to create one common, efficient data management platform.

Learn more about the inherent features of Oracle’s CDM products here:

Contact AST today to discuss how Oracle CDM Cloud can break down your data silos and unlock the power of your customer data.

EoM-2BFemaleJoin us in congratulating Loretta N., as she has been named AST’s Employee of the Month for September!  Loretta is being recognized for her hard work and dedication to our ERP practice and for her ongoing commitment and work ethic.  She is a valued team lead and trusted client adviser, and her participation in key projects has been instrumental in keeping them on track.

Loretta joined one project at a critical stage and took on the responsibilities of two resources, taking full ownership to deliver all modules with minimal support from AST’s offshore team, and the client was very happy with the experience she brought to the table.

The client Project Manager had this to say about Loretta’s work on the project:

“I have to say you indeed have been a lifesaver and a great person to work with on this project. Your knowledge, diligence, and not to mention your ability to address the hardest issues with available options and direction all the while doing so with your own version of lighthearted “wittiness” made these last few months much more bearable (and frankly I can add more enjoyable) than they would have been otherwise!”

Loretta also joined another project in July for the implementation of a full ERP solution in the cloud, targeting a go-live date of January 2019.  Her guidance has been key in bringing many issues to closure quickly.  She has done an outstanding job of working with the customer to identify and resolve issues, and to drive solutions to meet the client’s business requirements.

The client’s Director of AP offered the following comments about Loretta’s participation:

“Loretta has been key in [our] Oracle implementation.  She not only has a very detailed understanding of the system, and how it works, but more importantly, she understands how to relate it to our business needs.  That know-how and understanding that Loretta has is critical in completing this implementation.  This coupled with Loretta’s positive attitude has made working with her on this project enjoyable and confident it will be a success. Loretta has been fantastic to work with!”

Loretta’s leadership, knowledge, and confidence have been critical assets to each of her projects, and to AST as a whole.  She embodies our values of quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.  Great job, Loretta!  Thank you for your efforts and keep up the great work!
