AST Named a Chicago-Area Top Workplace for Third Year in a Row!

AST-Trib-Ad-2016---Big

AST has earned recognition for the third year in a row as one of Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplaces in the Chicagoland area! This year’s distinction ranks AST 25 among the top small business employers, representing an increase from number 33, where we were ranked in 2015.

The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture are measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection.

“The Top Workplaces award is not a popularity contest. And oftentimes, people assume it’s all about fancy perks and benefits,” says Doug Claffey, CEO of WorkplaceDynamics. “But to be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet our strict standards for organizational health. And who better to ask about work life than the people who live the culture every day—the employees. Time and time again, our research has proven that what’s most important to them is a strong belief in where the organization is headed, how it’s going to get there, and the feeling that everyone is in it together.” Claffey adds, “Without this sense of connection, an organization doesn’t have a shot at being named a Top Workplace.”

“Our dedicated employees go above and beyond to deliver the highest levels of service on a daily basis, and they do it with incredible professionalism and teamwork. This recognition undeniably belongs to them,” said Pravin Kumar, President and CEO of AST. “Reaching this milestone for three years in a row has made all of us proud of the work we do and the accomplishments we have reached as a team. Acknowledgements such as this drive us to work even harder for our clients, and each other, every day.”

Thank you, Team AST!
