Project Training
AST's training plans during an implementation or upgrade project are
tailored to the unique
characteristics of your learners, your content, and
your technology. By accounting for these factors, AST can effectively
prescribe a mix of training delivery methods to assure your learners
get just the right content, in just the right way, at just the right
time.
Training delivery during a project is instructor-led, whether the
format is train-the-trainer or exclusively instructional. Project
training includes lecture, presentation material, and exercise work
for each session. Our client's staff attend training sessions to learn
and perform hands-on exercises based on their selected job tasks or procedures.
Technical personnel are also included in project training, receiving
one-on-one informal training to prepare them for the maintenance of
the system after go-live.
Training is not a singular event at one point during a project.
Rather, training is part of our overall project methodologies.
