Meta Data System

The Meta Data System is a proprietary data conversion tool for mapping legacy data to Oracle Applications as well as other applications. MDS automates some of the conversion tasks and insures the quality of data conversion by providing extensive exception reporting and mapping documents.

Property/Asset Interface

(Release Compatibility : 11i & UP)
The Property/Asset Interface is a custom extension template for Oracle Applications that traces assets from the time of receipt. It fills a much needed void in Oracle Applications, which only allows assets to be tracked ("added") to Oracle Assets at the time of entering an invoice. This default functionality proves to be too late for most organizations, since most assets are received before the invoice is received and entered.

Invoice Retention Extension

(Release Compatibility : 11i & UP)
The Invoice Retention Extension is a custom extension template that enhances functionality of Oracle Payables to allow a user defined percentage of invoice amount to be retained till the work is completed satisfactorily on the purchase order.

Encumbrance Reconciliation Reports    

(Release Compatibility : 11i & UP)
The Encumbrance Reconciliation Reports are a set of custom reports for Oracle Applications that reconciles the encumbrances in GL with that from the sub module. It aids the General Ledger personal in finding out the encumbrances that are out of sync with the subledger.

Project Budget Calculator

Project Budget Calculator (PBC) is a self-service planning and budget tool that can be used to estimate the cost of Oracle Applications projects. PBC has been used by AST's sales force and project managers internally for several years to respond to AST clients' request for quotes and proposals related to Oracle E-Business Suite Application projects.

With a number of customers planning 11i upgrades , we enhanced PBC on the self service model and made it available to the Oracle Applications user community as a free service.
