UPK Content
Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) is a collaborative content development platform that allows you to improve your Oracle users' productivity, mitigate risk, and add maximize the ROI of your Oracle Applications implementations.

The Oracle UPK collaborative development environment allows you to create system-related assets - "People to System" documentation - which are used throughout the rest of your project lifecycle after your process flows, policies, and procedures are documented.  UPK's companion application, Tutor, provides model procedures and business flows mapped to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.

UPK can produce multiple outputs through a single-source recording session, whether you are creating interactive Oracle Application simulations, web-based training materials, or in-application performance support.  Oracle UPK reduces your content development time, and is a key to increasing productivity and reducing overall software implementation costs.

At AST we have developed ready-to-use UPK content across various modules that satisfy the need for training and developing business processes.  Our developed content covers many modules including: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Internet Expense, Public Sector Budgeting, Projects and Grants, and Human Resources.

Our UPK content can be easily turned into business process documentation or user guides, and be quickly modified to suit your custom requirements.  UPK ships with best practices content for E-Business Suite Release 12, along with UPK's easy-to-use software tools for recording dynamic Web-based, interactive training.
Profile of UPK Content for
Public Sector Budgeting
As an Oracle Platinum Partner and Oracle Certified Training partner, AST has worked with UPK during our E-Business Suite implementation and upgrade projects.  Our UPK content for Oracle Public Sector Budgeting, for example,  consists of various test scripts for creating setup elements like defining calendar, defining budget parameters and defining position elements. The content also includes test scripts for transactional assistance like creating worksheets, distributing worksheets, merging, freezing and submitting the worksheets.
