AST has been providing turnkey (fixed price) projects for Oracle Applications implementations and upgrades since our inception. We have developed exceptional expertise in accurately projecting the budget and successfully executing Oracle ERP projects on a firm fixed price basis.

In projecting a project's budget and execution, we leverage our extensive knowledge and experience with fixed price projects, and our estimation tool, the Project Budget Calculator (PBC). Project managers and users of Oracle E-Business Suite can use this self-service application to create a budget and timeline for their implementation and upgrade projects. PBC has been used internally by our business development staff and project managers for several years and is available to the Oracle user community for free, where you can create multiple "what-if" scenarios and see the impact on a project's cost in a matter of minutes.

Suitability of Fixed Price

Fixed price projects are most suited to customers that have:

- Business leads that are involved with the project and are committed to the project scope.
