The City’s most recent upgrade occurred in 2007 with a migration to version 11.5.10.  With the City moving to Release 12, AST discovered and resolved many issues in performing the upgrade for the City, including:

Custom encumbrance types not supported in R12
Supplier naming
AP invoice structure
Payments Manager configuration
GL process changes in AP and AR
Multiple reporting issues
XML checks and MICR fonts
The R12 upgrade was performed between October 2008 and January 2009.
