The City’s most recent upgrade occurred in 2007 with a migration to version 11.5.10. With the City moving to Release 12, AST discovered and resolved many issues in performing the upgrade for the City, including:

| • | AP invoice structure |
| • | Payments Manager configuration |
| • | GL process changes in AP and AR |
| • | Multiple reporting issues |
| • | XML checks and MICR fonts |
The R12 upgrade was performed between October 2008 and January 2009.
