The success of any complex systems implementation project depends to a great extent on careful planning and the methodology adopted. We have developed our methodologies as a center piece of our service model to provide a foundation with well-defined phases, deliverable templates and measurable milestones.

We recognize that just as a software implementation effort requires a specialized methodology; upgrade and support projects also require unique tools, templates and techniques. Over the years we have developed three very specific and focused methodologies that are suited for Oracle applications and technology projects:

		Enterprise Domain Model (EDM), for new implementations
		Enterprise Application Migration (EAM), for upgrades and migrations
		Enterprise Applications Support Method (EASM) for managed services
