During this phase, your Project Manager and AST's will work together to build an achievable work plan. The plan takes into account your business objectives and constraints such as time, resources and budget. The joint team (your team members and ours) outlines the project organization, staffing requirements, roles and responsibilities, along with any assumptions made.
