The award places AST on a select list of qualified contractors to receive RFPs from individual state and local agencies for IT consulting services.

Based on past project performance, staff experience, client references and consulting services cost, the MSA is awarded to responsive bidders that meet the State's and DGS's strict criteria for providing competitive and quality IT services. AST's MSA qualifies the company to receive RFOs and orders for work within the following categories:
